*Terms. Referrals must be submitted via the referral form. To qualify for the $100 donation/gift, the group class invoice must be at least a gross total of $500. Aggregate amounts of past or future classes do not count toward the gross total. Any group class referral that results in a gross invoice between $99-$499 will qualify for a $25 donation. $100 donations will be issued in the name of the referrer (you) unless otherwise indicated. Donations will be made directly to the charity of their choice paid via credit/debit card where available. Donations will not be issued directly to the referrer. The eligibility for a referral donation requires a group booking within 45 days. After 45 days from the time of referral submission, the donation will expire.
